ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Martina Hendon - State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with policy inquiries, claims, billing, and coverage options.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by proactively addressing client needs and resolving concerns.
  • Educate customers about State Farm’s insurance products, including auto, home, life, and health insurance.
  • Assist in generating new business through warm leads, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Support the agent in marketing efforts, community events, and office operations as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn industry-specific software.
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
